Join the Edwards Rotary Club for the Inaugural Edwards Community Potluck.

The Edwards Community Dinner will bring neighbors, friends, families, and businesses together for an evening of fun.  
Prizes > DJ > Cash Bar
DATE: August 16, 2023
TIME: 5-7 PM
LOCATION: Riverwalk at Edwards, 1st Street, by the Riverwalk Theater.  
 
 

Reserve individual seats or sponsor a table for your entire family, friends or business. Each table seats 8 people.

 

The Dinner is Potluck Style so share your favorite dish

 

GET CREATIVE

  • Fun prizes for best theme/decoration, best dressed, and the most elaborate potluck.

 

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Each table brings their own potluck dinner, non-alcoholic drinks, table decorations
  • Cash bar for beer and wine

  • Water dispenser
  • Plates, cups, utensils and simple tablecloths 
  • 6' round tables and chairs
 

Individual seats $25 per person OR sponsor a table for your family and friends.

Proceeds benefit Edwards Rotary Club projects, including youth scholarships and Rotary youth exchange, Teen Driving Education, Rotary International programs focusing on literacy, education, clean water and the eradication of polio, and support for local non-profits.
